ELIGIBILITY

The primary eligibility criteria for program participant are:

• Income Eligibility
  
• Homeless according to HUD criteria
  
• A single person household over 18 years of age
  
• 9 month minimum sobriety
  
• U.S. Veteran – all eras, combat or non-combat
  
• Capable of living independently
